Learn the ancient Healing Art of Thailand to take care of your partner or friend with intentional, loving and nurturing touch. Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, like Yoga, balances and enhances on all levels, physical, emotional and mental, allowing the body's intelligence to respond and inspire healing itself. You'll watch demonstrations and practice giving and receiving with a partner. You do not have to be a professional to participate and learn. The only prerequisites are the willingness to give and receive.
You will learn:
- How to apply a basic sequence of elegant and transforming Thai-Yoga Bodywork asanas and techniques, including transitions.
- How to use breath, meditation, mantra, bandha, and yogic techniques to enhance the quality of the session.

- To harmonize Shakti/Chi to balance mental energy, enhance the immune system, and stimulate higher consciousness.

While we do compress, stretch and manipulate particular muscles and other parts of the physical body, our focused intention is the underlying, unseen energetic body. Being "under the hood" so to speak, this energetic component is running the entire system which is directly connected to our conscious awareness as humans. This is where real transformative therapy takes place.

Join David and Leah for your next step of healing by learning to give to another and receive joyfully!
"Vedic Thai Massage (Nuad Borarn) or Assisted Yoga is viewed as a martial art of healing and is reported to manifest instant positive results. In Thailand, bodywork is utilized medicinally as a cherished and revered indulgence to remedy the prominent social ailments such as emotional stress and physical inertia. Vedic Thai Massage is Love! It is a sacred offering, a conscious contribution to self-realization and soul revelation, the goal and purpose of life. Deliberate and skillful intentions of joyful communication, Thai Yoga massage produces profound pleasure and inspiring tranquility both physically and psychologically by replacing old restricted energy patterns within the body/spirit. This dignified and communally cherished art parallels in sophistication results obtained by other modern medical options."
Why Vedic?
"Sri Dhanvantari appears in the Vedas as the father of all healing, carrying healing nectar. Sri Dhanvantari is an incarnation of the preserver energy, Vishnu. The Su Darshana Chakra, the disc you see on our materials, is Vishnu's protective discus, symbolizing peace, protection, and prosperity. The Ancient Vedic culture of Asia was the progenitor of modern-day India and Thailand, which is why we honor Sri Dhanvantari as the original source of Thai Yoga Bodywork." - Mukti Michael Buck, founder of Vedic Conservatory.
