Advanced Acro Class with Brittany & Conor
Are you interested in taking your partner acrobatics class to the next level? Join Brittany
and Conor for one or two of their “advanced-level” 60-minute classes where they will be
teaching progressions to and the breakdown of dynamic moves and transitions including
spins and pops.
Prerequisites:
Steady form in the following poses: no-handed front plank (free bird), star, backplank
(backfly), shoulder stand and throne.
Ability to step comfortably between bird and throne and also between straddle bat and
star.
Knowledge of side star is a plus.
Awareness of alignment, a strong body shape, a fun attitude, and eagerness to play and
learn more!
